General Terms & Conditions
The following terms, conditions, and notices (Site Rules) apply to all customers of Grandhaus Pte Ltd. References of “Grandhaus”, “we”, “us”, “our” are to Grandhaus Pte Ltd.
Grandhaus Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any Policy or Terms and Conditions anytime without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Grandhaus Pte Ltd has the right to the final decision.
By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product and (ii) agreeing to provide information that are true and accurate. In the event that any information provided is inaccurate, your order may be held pending verification.
We will only be able to process the order after payment is received and verified. Payment verification may take up to 48 hours after payment is made.
Upon payment verification, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon receiving the email confirmation, Grandhaus confirms and accepts your placed order.
In the event where the payment is not received within 24 hours, Grandhaus reserves the right to cancel the order without any prior notice.
Grandhaus reserves the right to accept or reject any order without any specified reasons.
All prices shown on the website are all in Singapore Dollars unless stated otherwise.

Please note that we only provide mailing services for un-inflated balloons and non-bulky item.
Please note that we will not be liable for any lost/damaged/late delivery.
In any event where the parcel is returned to us, re-postage charges will still apply.
Singpost Normal Postage
Items will be mailed out on the same day if payment is confirmed and verified before 5pm.
Item will be mailed out on the next working day if payment is confirmed and verified after 5pm.
Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Working days after package is mailed out.
Singpost Registered Postage
Items will be mailed out on Tuesday if payment is confirmed and verified between Friday 5.01pm to Tuesday 5pm.
Item will be mailed out on Friday if payment is confirmed and verified between Tuesday, 5.01pm to Friday 5pm.
Delivery Time: 1 - 3 Working days after package is mailed out.
Tracking Number will be updated on the website.

For delivery with non-inflated items, there will be a delivery charge of $20.
For all delivery with inflated balloons, there will be a delivery charge of $30.00 on weekdays & $40.00 on weekends/public holiday.
Please note that there will be an additional surcharge of $10.00 to Tuas, Jurong Island, Town and CBD Areas for ALL orders.
Please provide allowance of half an hour, before and after the stipulated arrival time, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Traffic Congestion or Parking Issues).
In the event that you are not available during the delivery timing as agreed upon, a re-delivery charge of $30 will be applicable.
For Express Delivery (delivery required in less than 24 hours) and Delivery outside our Delivery Operating Hours, an additional surcharge of up to $15.00 is applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items are non-refundable.
Only unused, unopened items can be exchanged within 7 days of the Cash Sales Event Date. Original receipt is required for the exchange or refund. Customised and used items are non-exchangeable.
For pre-inflated balloons, kindly check the conditions of the balloons upon collection/delivery. They are non-exchangeable nor refundable once we have handed the balloons over.
